FIRE FLY NAMAZU HOP MEDIUM TYPE with SUS PIN

This is a FIRE FLY flat Hop-up rubber for AEG.
The NAMAZU comes with a stainless steel pin that fills the center hole in the NAMAZU.
Medium is suitable for light to medium ammunition.
The accuracy resistance of the AEG varies greatly depending on the bullet position in the chamber and the shape of the Hop-up.

Rather than hopping with a point like a genuine Hop-up rubber, the bullet can get a constant Hop-up rotation by catching it on a flat. Moreover, BB bullets can be fired stably in the inner barrel without being violated from side to side.

Stainless steel Pin

Put the pin in the hole of the rubber body. By using it, “expansion/contraction” and “left/right twist” are reduced when the bullet passes, and more stable accuracy is exhibited.

Width and length adjustment

Depending on the type of chamber and inner barrel, it is necessary to cut the body to match the opening.
When cutting NAMAZU, use a craft knife for a model (thin and sharp type) to make it easier.

About the protrusion inside the chamber packing

When the flat Hop-up is used, the protrusion inside the chamber packing (protrusion for hoking the Hop-up) is not used.

If you use this projection together, you will not be able to hold the BB bullets on the flat even if you use the flat of NAMAZU.

It is best to use the “nothing part” in the chamber packing to generate a stable accuracy by pressing the BB bullets on a clean flat.

Until now, the chamber packing was turned upside down and the protrusions were cut with a die grinder or file. However, there were the following problems.

-The packing will grow b turning it over.
-The cut part is uneven/rough.

Because of this, Hop-up couldn’t make the right flat, and many Airsofters had the question “Is this all right?”
By using the ORGA Magnus Barrel/Magnus HD Barrel/LEX 05 Barrel Series, the above problem can be solved easily.

As shown on the Magnus Barrel product page, the ORGA barrel can be installed with the chamber packing rotated approximately 90 degrees. Therefore, anyone can use the perfect surface Hop-up without processing the chamber packing at all.

The role of the Hop-up rubber(tensioner)

Hop-up rubber is a part for applying rotation to BB bullets.
When the Hop-up arm built into the chamber is pushed downward and the chamber packing is pushed, the upper part of the bullet path protrudes and rotates upward.

Types of Hop-up tensioners

-Normal Hop-up tensioner
The shape is cylindrical, and when a BB bullet passes, rotation is given at a point.
Therefore, the rotation speed may be unstable.

-Flat Hop-up tensioner
The part where the BB bullets pass is flat, and when the BB bullets pass, rotation is given with a line.
For this reason, the rotational speed is stabilized and the Accuracy is improved.
