ORGA V2 Embedded High Response Gearbox Rear Wiring

It becomes a finished Gearbox assembled by ORGA mechanics.
This is made by J-ARMAMENT’s high response Gearbox Ver.2 which is supported by many Airsofters and enables high-dimensional response simply by switching with Gearbox of various M4 AEG.

This product has a unique design using a microswitch. Even if internal parts are damaged, they can be used continued because of we always stock after-sales parts.
It does not use FET devices and please be assured that there is no device damage or accident due to battery shorting or disconnection.

Supported models and Notes

This Gearbox uses a dedicated selector plate for M16 and M4 systems. Therefore, please keep in mind that it is unavailable to use for MP5 and G3 systems require a special selector plate. It is also available to use for Ambi selector specification. This product is not compatible with Tokyo Marui genuine take-down system(plastic frame) AEG.

Fixing spring guide

Please fix the spring guide with stock pipe fixing screw and then move it when driving the Gearbox.
If it is driven without fixing the spring guide, there is a possibility that the spring guide may tilt and bite with the piston and lock due to the structure.

About main spring

The spring built-in when sending out is a low power spring for drive verification. We think that there is a barrel setting of each Airsofter that holds this Gearbox, please change it to your favorite spring. This spring is designed to be easily replaced from the back of Gearbox.

Cautions when using LIPO

The response is a very good specification by using microswitch. However, PLEASE note that Semi Auto may become a burst when using a low-rate spring with high power LIPO such as 30C or 40C when using LIPO 11.1v.

VFC product has a mechanism that stops when the slide of the dummy bolt is pulled when the charging handle is pulled to the mechanical box itself. If you change to this Gearbox, this mechanism is omitted.
There’s a possibility that needs to fine adjustment even if it is a verified manufacturer product.

About operation check

The drive itself is tested using Tokyo Marui EG 1000L motor.
All solids produced are checked for gear noise, piston lock, trigger feeling and so on. We have shipped the best after checking.
It seems that there is no problem with the product. However, the noise of the gear may be a little annoying depending on the type of motor in the Airsofter’s gun environment, e.g. the shape of the pinion, deterioration and grip compatibility.
