This foregrip is a reproduction of the FSG1 from IMI DEFENSE, the firearms parts division of IMI, a global military company based in Israel. It can be attached to the Picatinny rail.
It can be used as an angled foregrip like the AFG, but with a recess in the rear end to connect to the magwell of an M4 or other AR-15, increasing the support hand placement pattern and reducing fatigue. It is important to note that it is designed to avoid delta rings when mounted on the rear end of the handguard.
