Tokyo Marui AKX GBB

The "AKX" is an original design, a modernized customization of the GBB machine gun "AKM"! This custom AK has high expandability to accommodate various optional parts, a grip with excellent traction, levers accessible by the trigger finger for easy handling, and excellent mobility due to the short barrel and original stock.

Intense Blowback
Equipped with an AK-specific blowback engine featuring a large piston of approximately 19 mm in diameter. The bolt is triggered when firing, producing an unprecedentedly strong recoil shock.

Realistic Handling
This model faithfully replicates the functions of the real firearm, such as loading the first bullet by operating the bolt handle and stopping the bolt forward when out of ammunition.

Custom Short Barrel
The easy-to-handle 8.7 inch barrel and original design 3-port muzzle brake are machined from aluminum. In addition, the muzzle brake can be removed to attach a silencer or other 14mm reverse threaded muzzle options.

M-LOK Rail System
The rigid aluminum machined handguard is equipped with the latest “M-LOK” rail system. The lower handguard is slim and easy to handle, with the ability to add rails only where necessary. The 20mm wide (Picatinny standard) M-LOK rails come in 3, 5, and 7-slot configurations. They can be easily attached and detached with the included hex wrench.

Standard Upper Rail
A 20mm wide (Picatinny standard) mounting rail is equipped from the top of the handguard to the top of the receiver cover. Various optical sights can be attached. Also, a newly developed locking mechanism has been installed to eliminate blurring when aiming caused by the rattling of the receiver cover. By simply tightening the centering dial, the receiver cover is firmly secured in place, and at the same time, the rail is automatically centered and adjusted.

Front/Rear Sight
The front sight can be adjusted vertically and horizontally with a dedicated adjusting tool. In addition, a retractable backup rear sight is installed at the rear end of the rail on the receiver cover for use with optical sights.

Folding Stock
The collapsible folding stock features a convex skeleton design that allows the muzzle to be easily moved up and down. It is a detachable type fixed to the receiver with a 20mm wide rail (Picatinny standard). The stock body is made of reinforced plastic, and the base of the stock has a QD hole to accommodate a QD Sling Swivel (sold separately).
