This AN/PEQ-16 replica light is installed with LED light and laser pointer which is used in US Special Forces and US military.
Can be operated with the switch on the body or a remote switch. The switch dial in the center of the body, you can select white, blue or red for the LED flashlight. Can also use IR light if you remove the blue screw.
Can be installed with RAS or RIS's 20mm rail.
