GEN2 Assembly ORGA WIDEBORE CYLINDER
The design of nozzle A, nozzle B and the piston head attached to the first lot (Gen1) has been upgraded.
Nozzle Diameter
The outer diameter is thicker than the Gen1 nozzle. Gen2 can maintain high airtightness against compression when using high-rate springs. Nozzle diameter 6.6mm
End of the nozzle
The corner edge is cut off compared to Gen1. This allows the nozzle to be attached and detached more smoothly than Gen1.
* Image of Gen2 is on the right
Piston Head
① The head of the piston head has been lowered.
This prevents the piston head from contacting the flange of nozzle B (copper), making it possible to pull the nozzle more horizontally than Gen1.
* There is no change to the O-ring
* The right image is Gen2
(2) The design of the internal silicon O-ring compartment has been changed.
The O-ring compartment has become tighter than Gen1. This holds the nozzle which is a improvement compared to Gen1.
These are just upgrades for those who want it more airtight or those that have had some kind of trouble when assorting the PTW they are using (outer, upper).Users who want to get the more higher quality experience are recommended for an upgrade.
Removing the existing silicon O-ring
It can be difficult removing the o-ring with a small flat-blade screwdriver. It can easily pulled out with the included clip as shown below.
