This is a grip sleeve for Glocks from Hogue, a manufacturer of grips and other gun accessories. It is used by placing it directly over the grip portion of the Glock's frame.

Unlike regular grip sleeves, the grip material extends to the rear end of the grip. This is recommended for people with large hands and others who need to adjust the trigger position. Although it is called a beavertail, it is not long enough to add bulk to the beavertail portion.
