By increasing the inner diameter we are able to create a greater space and freedom for fine tuning the HOP system.
One of the drawbacks we found with the WE GBB rifle is depending on the lot the WE GBB rifle HOP is inconsistent either applying too much force with little space to adjust the width of the HOP. Since the MAGNUS inner barrel is 6.23 in diameter there is sufficient clearance between the BB and the projection of HOP packing.
This improved clearance makes it possible to have that adjustment range, to create a proper HOP rotation furthermore, makes it more possible to customize the rifle to the every changing environment of the airsoft battlefield.
